2.1 Key Features

3. Setup

Before operating the VEVOR Button Maker, ensure it is properly assembled and placed on a stable surface.

3.1 Assembly Instructions

  1. Attach the handle to the main lever arm.
  2. Assemble the upper model (die) onto the press mechanism.
  3. Rotate the base to align the appropriate slots.
  4. Install the R model (right die) into its designated slot on the base.
  5. Install the L model (left die) into its designated slot on the base.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to create a custom button:

  1. Place the metal button shell into the left die (L model).
  2. Place your printed picture or design on top of the metal shell.
  3. Place the transparent film (mylar) on top of the picture.
  4. Rotate the base to move the left die under the upper press. Ensure there is a slight gap between the upper press and the die.
  5. Press the handle down firmly to crimp the picture and film onto the metal shell. The top three pieces should be secured in the upper die.
  6. Rotate the base to move the right die (R model) under the upper press.
  7. Place the plastic back with the pin facing upwards into the right die. Align the pin with the arrow on the die.
  8. Press the handle down firmly until it is horizontal, ensuring the upper die passes through the holes to fully assemble the button.
  9. Release the handle and retrieve your completed button.
