Operating Instructions

1. Navigating the Touch Screen

The IFOLO Smart Watch features a 1.4-inch HD colored full touch screen for intuitive navigation. Swipe left, right, up, or down to access different functions and menus. Tap to select an option or confirm an action. Press the side button to return to the home screen or wake the device.

2. Notifications and Communication

Once paired with your smartphone, the watch can display call and message reminders, as well as notifications from various applications such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Skype, WeChat, and Instagram. Ensure notification permissions are enabled in both your phone's settings and the IFOLO app.

3. Fitness and Health Tracking

The SN87 Smart Watch automatically tracks your daily activity, including steps taken, calories burned, and distance covered. It also features continuous heart rate monitoring and detailed sleep analysis.

• Heart Rate Monitor: The watch continuously monitors your heart rate. View real-time data on the watch or detailed graphs in the app.
• Sleep Monitor: The watch automatically detects and tracks your sleep patterns, providing data on deep sleep, light sleep, and wake-up times.
• Sedentary Reminder: Set reminders in the app to encourage movement if you've been inactive for too long.

4. Sports Modes

The watch supports 10 different sports modes to help you track your workouts more accurately. These include Walking, Running, Cycling, Climb, Yoga, Skipping, Badminton, Basketball, Football, and Jump Rope. Select the desired mode before starting your activity for specific data tracking.

5. Music and Camera Control

Control your smartphone's music playback directly from your watch. You can play, pause, skip tracks, and adjust volume. The watch also allows for remote camera control; simply tap the camera icon on the watch or shake your arm to trigger your phone's camera shutter.

6. Other Features

• Alarm Clocks: Set multiple alarms through the app.
• Stopwatch: Access a stopwatch function directly on the watch.
• Weather: View current weather conditions and forecasts (requires app connection).
• Find Phone: Use the watch to make your paired phone ring, helping you locate it.
• DIY Screen: Customize your watch face using your own photos through the app.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning and Care

Regularly clean your smartwatch and strap to prevent skin irritation and maintain device longevity. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the screen and body. For the strap, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly, ensuring it is completely dry before reattaching to the watch.

2. Water Resistance (5ATM)

The IFOLO Smart Watch is 5ATM water-resistant, meaning it can withstand pressures equivalent to a depth of 50 meters. This makes it suitable for swimming and showering. However, it is not recommended for diving or high-pressure water activities. Avoid exposing the watch to hot water, steam, or chemicals, as these can compromise the water resistance.

After exposure to water, especially saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Troubleshooting

• Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again.
• Unable to pair with phone:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch is within range.
  • Restart both your phone and the watch.
  • Clear the Bluetooth cache on your phone (if applicable) and try pairing again.
  • Ensure the IFOLO app is updated to the latest version.
• Notifications not appearing:
  • Check notification permissions for the IFOLO app in your phone's settings.
  • Ensure the app is running in the background and not being closed by your phone's power-saving features.
  • Verify that notifications are enabled within the IFOLO app settings for specific applications.
• Inaccurate fitness data:
  • Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width above the wrist bone.
  • Calibrate the step counter in the app if available.
  • Movement of your arm during activities can affect accuracy.
• Short battery life:
  • Reduce screen brightness.
  • Limit the number of applications sending notifications to the watch.
  • Disable continuous heart rate monitoring if not needed constantly.
  • Ensure the watch is fully charged each time.
