Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm, soapy water, except for the main base unit. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

  1. Place the main base unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Insert the food collection container into the base unit. Ensure it is securely seated.
  3. Select the desired blade set for your task. Carefully align the blade set with the opening in the base unit and press down until it clicks into place.
  4. Place the lid with the safety cover and processing chute onto the base unit, twisting slightly if necessary to lock it securely. The appliance will not operate unless the lid is correctly assembled.
  5. Ensure the pusher is ready for use.

Operating Instructions

This appliance is designed to slice, ribbon, cube, shred, and coarse-spiralize various foods. Always ensure the unit is properly assembled before operation.

Blade Selection and Function:

Processing Food:

  1. Plug the appliance into a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Prepare your food by cutting it into pieces that fit comfortably into the processing chute.
  3. Place the food into the processing chute.
  4. Place the pusher on top of the food.
  5. Press the power button to start the motor.
  6. Apply gentle, even pressure on the pusher to guide the food through the blade. Do not force the food.
  7. Once all food is processed, release the power button and unplug the appliance.
  8. Carefully remove the collection container with the processed food.

Safety Switch: The appliance features a safety switch that prevents operation unless all parts are correctly assembled, protecting against accidental injury.

Care and Maintenance

  6. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the surfaces.
  7. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
