4. Troubleshooting

4.1 Connectivity Issues

  • Keyboard not connecting in 2.4GHz mode: Ensure the switch is set to 'G'. Try replugging the dongle. If issues persist, try re-pairing by pressing FN + P until the light blinks, then plug in the dongle.
  • Keyboard not connecting in Bluetooth mode: Ensure the switch is set to 'B'. Check if the correct Bluetooth channel (FN+Q/W/E) is selected and in pairing mode (rapidly flashing light). Remove previous pairings on your device and try pairing again.
  • Intermittent connection: Ensure the keyboard is within range of your device. Avoid sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects). Ensure the keyboard battery is sufficiently charged.

4.2 Backlight Not Working or Incorrect

  • No backlight: Ensure the backlight brightness is not set to minimum (FN + Arrow Down). Check if the keyboard is in a mode that supports backlighting.
  • Incorrect colors/patterns: Cycle through backlight modes using FN + \|, FN + Right CTRL, or FN + Right SHIFT.

4.3 Keys Not Responding

  • Single key not responding: The switch may be faulty or improperly seated. Try removing the keycap and switch, then re-inserting the switch firmly. If the issue persists, replace the switch with one of the spares provided.
  • Multiple keys not responding: Try connecting the keyboard in wired mode to rule out wireless issues. Ensure the keyboard is fully charged. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
