Operating Instructions
Self-Leveling Function
The device features an automatic self-leveling system. When powered on, it will self-level within a range of ±3°.
- If the device is placed on a surface that is inclined by more than 3°, the laser lines will blink continuously to indicate that it is outside its self-leveling range. Adjust the position of the device until the laser lines stop blinking and become stable.
- The magnetic-damping compensation system ensures quick leveling time, typically less than 4 seconds.

Image 4: Illustration of the self-leveling function, showing the device adjusting its position within a 3-degree range and an alarm icon indicating when it's outside this range.
Laser Line Selection
The control panel includes dedicated buttons for selecting horizontal and vertical laser lines.

Image 5: Diagram showing the two touch buttons (V for vertical, H for horizontal) and various combinations of 12 laser lines that can be activated. An additional "OUTDOOR/Open" button is also indicated.
- Press the "H" button to activate or deactivate horizontal laser lines.
- Press the "V" button to activate or deactivate vertical laser lines.
- Multiple presses of the "V" button may cycle through different vertical line combinations.
- The device can project up to 12 lines for comprehensive coverage.
- An "OUTDOOR/Open" button is also present for specific operating modes, likely for enhanced visibility in brighter conditions.

Leaning Function (Manual Mode)
For applications requiring angled lines, such as staircase installations, the device can be used in a leaning position.
- To activate the leaning function, ensure the rotation knob on the machine is set to the middle position. This locks the pendulum, disabling the self-leveling function and allowing the device to project lines at any angle.
- In this mode, the laser lines will not blink, indicating that the self-leveling is disengaged.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Laser lines are blinking. | Device is outside its ±3° self-leveling range. | Place the device on a more level surface until the blinking stops. |
| Device does not power on. | Low battery or incorrect battery installation. | Ensure batteries are correctly inserted and fully charged. Check power cable connection if applicable. |
| Laser lines are dim or inconsistent. | Low battery or dirty laser aperture. | Recharge or replace batteries. Gently clean the laser aperture with a soft cloth. |
| Laser lines are not level in manual mode. | Manual mode (leaning function) is active, self-leveling is disabled. | This is expected behavior. For level lines, ensure the device is in self-leveling mode and on a stable surface within its range. |
