4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking

4.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided AC power cord to the amplifier's AC input on the rear panel and then to a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before connecting.
4.3 Initial Placement
Place the amplifier on a flat, stable surface. For optimal sound projection, consider placing it on the floor or an amplifier stand, angled slightly upwards.

- Instrument Channel:
- Phase: Button to invert the phase, useful for feedback reduction.
- Gain: Adjusts the input sensitivity for the instrument.
- Low, Mid, High: Three-band equalizer for tone shaping.
- Reverb: Controls the amount of reverb effect.
- Chorus: Controls the amount of chorus effect (with 'off', 'light', 'heavy' settings).

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Connecting an Instrument
- Ensure the amplifier is off and the Master volume is set to minimum.
- Connect your acoustic guitar or other instrument to the Instrument Input using a standard 1/4 inch instrument cable.
- Turn on the amplifier.
- Slowly increase the Instrument Channel Gain until the signal is strong but not clipping.
- Adjust the Low, Mid, High EQ controls to shape your desired tone.
- Gradually increase the Master Volume to your desired listening level.
5.2 Connecting a Microphone
- Ensure the amplifier is off and the Master volume is set to minimum.
- Connect your microphone to the Mic Input using an XLR cable.
- Turn on the amplifier.
- Slowly increase the Microphone Channel Gain until the signal is strong but not clipping.
- Adjust the Low, High EQ controls for vocal clarity.
- Gradually increase the Master Volume to your desired listening level.
5.3 Using Effects (Reverb & Chorus)
Each channel has independent Reverb controls. The Instrument channel also features a Chorus effect.
- Reverb: Turn the Reverb knob clockwise to increase the amount of reverb.
- Chorus (Instrument Channel Only): Use the Chorus knob to select 'off', 'light', or 'heavy' chorus effect.
5.4 Bluetooth Pairing
- Press the Bluetooth Pairing button on the front panel. The pairing indicator light will flash.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Select "Loudbox Mini" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the indicator light will glow solid blue. You can now stream audio wirelessly to the amplifier.
5.5 Using the Aux Input
Connect an external audio source (e.g., MP3 player, laptop) to the Aux Input on the rear panel using either a 1/4 inch or 1/8 inch stereo cable. The volume of the Aux input is controlled by the external device and the amplifier's Master Volume.
5.6 Using the D.I. Output
The Mix D.I. Output (XLR) on the rear panel sends a balanced, post-EQ/effects signal of both channels to a mixer, PA system, or recording interface. This allows you to send your amplified sound to a larger sound system without needing to mic the amplifier.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
To clean the amplifier, disconnect it from power. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the exterior. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or excessive moisture, which can damage the finish or internal components.
6.2 Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the amplifier in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to use the original packaging or a protective cover to prevent dust accumulation.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Sound:
- Check if the amplifier is powered on and the power indicator is lit.
- Ensure all cables (instrument, microphone, power) are securely connected.
- Verify that the Master Volume and individual channel Gain controls are not set to minimum.
- Test with different cables and instruments to isolate the issue.
- Distorted Sound:
- Reduce the Gain control for the affected channel.
- Ensure the Master Volume is not set excessively high.
- Check for damaged cables or faulty instruments.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues:
- Ensure the amplifier's Bluetooth pairing mode is active (flashing light).
- Make sure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range.
- Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
- Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the amplifier via Bluetooth.
- Humming or Buzzing:
- Check for proper grounding of the power outlet.
- Try using a different power outlet.
- Ensure all cables are shielded and in good condition.
- Engage the Phase button on the instrument channel to see if it reduces feedback or hum.
