Setup and Assembly
Assembly is required for this welding table. Follow these steps carefully:
- Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Attach the leg assemblies to the welding table top using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially.
- Insert the steel grid storage shelf between the leg assemblies at the designated height. Secure it with the appropriate hardware.
- Once all components are in place, fully tighten all bolts and nuts with a wrench. Do not overtighten.
- Verify the table is stable and level before placing any weight on it.

Operating Instructions

Working Area
The 36" x 16" working area provides ample space for projects. The gold iridite, zinc-plated steel top offers excellent corrosion resistance and is flameproof, making it suitable for high-temperature applications.

Clamping and Work Holding
The table features 3/4" peg holes designed for use with common table clamps and stops. These holes allow for versatile and secure positioning of workpieces. Side holes are also available for convenient clamp storage when not in use.

Storage Shelf
The steel grid shelf located beneath the tabletop provides easy access and storage for tools, materials, and accessories, keeping your workspace organized.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the tabletop and frame to remove welding spatter, dust, and debris. Use a wire brush or scraper for spatter, and a damp cloth for general cleaning.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as necessary.
- Corrosion Protection: While the top is corrosion-resistant, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or harsh chemicals to maintain its finish.
- Storage: Store the welding table in a dry environment when not in use.
Troubleshooting
Table Instability
If the table feels unstable:
- Ensure all assembly bolts are fully tightened.
- Verify the table is placed on a flat, level surface.
- Check for any damaged components.
Difficulty with Clamps
If clamps do not fit or secure properly in the peg holes:
- Ensure you are using clamps designed for 3/4" peg holes.
- Clear any debris or spatter from inside the peg holes.
