2. Important Safety Information
Before using the appliance, carefully read this user manual and the separate safety leaflet. Keep both for future reference.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage.

- Pre-heat (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the Airfryer empty for about 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal.

5. Operating Instructions
Your Philips Airfryer XL is designed for easy operation with its intuitive touch screen and smart features.
Basic Operation:
- Plug In: Connect the main plug to a grounded wall socket.
- Prepare Food: Place the ingredients in the basket. Do not exceed the MAX indication.
- Insert Pan: Slide the pan with the basket back into the Airfryer.
- Power On: Press the power button.
- Set Temperature and Time: Use the temperature and time control buttons to set your desired cooking parameters. The Airfryer features a temperature range and a timer up to 60 minutes.
