1. Introduction

2. Important Safeguards

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury, including the following:

4. Setup and Assembly

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
  2. Wash Parts: Before first use, wash the glass jar, lid, and blade assembly in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. These parts are also dishwasher-safe.
  3. Assemble Jar: Ensure the sealing gasket is properly seated on the blade assembly. Screw the blade assembly onto the bottom of the glass jar until secure.
  4. Place Jar on Base: Place the assembled jar onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated firmly and correctly aligned.
  5. Position Lid: Place the lid securely on top of the glass jar.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to operate your blender:

  1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the glass jar. Do not exceed the maximum fill line (40 oz / 5 cups). For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally harder ingredients or ice.
  2. Secure Lid: Ensure the lid is firmly in place on the jar.
  3. Plug In: Plug the blender into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Select Speed: Choose your desired speed setting (1-10) using the control panel buttons. Start with a lower speed and gradually increase if needed.
  5. Use Pulse Function: For short bursts of power or to chop ingredients, press and hold the 'Pulse' button. Release to stop.
  6. Blend: Allow the blender to run until desired consistency is achieved.
  7. Turn Off: Once blending is complete, press the 'Off' button or unplug the unit.
  8. Remove Jar: Carefully remove the jar from the motor base and pour out contents.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your blender:

  • Always Unplug: Ensure the blender is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
  • Dishwasher Safe Parts: The glass jar, lid, and blade assembly are top-rack dishwasher safe.
  • Hand Washing: For hand washing, disassemble the jar, blade, and lid. Wash with warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly. Be extremely careful when handling the sharp blades.
  • Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  • Stubborn Stains: For stubborn stains in the jar, fill it with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then run the blender on a low speed for a few seconds. Rinse well.
  • Storage: Store the blender in a clean, dry place. You can store the jar assembled on the motor base or separately.

7. Troubleshooting
