Assembly Instructions

Estimated assembly time: 90 minutes for two people. Tools required: Phillips head screwdriver, hammer (optional, for dowels).

  1. Unpack and Identify: Carefully unpack all components and hardware. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface. Refer to the Parts List to identify each piece.
  2. Attach Casters: Secure the four casters (I) to the bottom panel (C) using the provided screws. Ensure the two casters with brakes are positioned on the front side for easy access.

  3. Assemble Base Frame: Attach the side panels (B) and back panel (D) to the bottom panel (C) using the appropriate hardware (e.g., cam locks, dowels, screws). Follow the numerical sequence in the detailed diagram provided in your physical manual.
  4. Install Drawer Slides: Attach the drawer slides to the interior of the side panels (B) as indicated in the instructions. Ensure they are level and aligned.
  5. Assemble Drawer: Construct the drawer assembly (E) by connecting its front, back, and side pieces. Insert the drawer bottom. Attach the drawer pull handle.
  6. Insert Drawer: Carefully slide the assembled drawer (E) onto the installed drawer slides. Test for smooth operation.

  7. Attach Top Panel: Secure the top panel (A) to the assembled frame using the designated hardware.
  8. Install Cabinet Doors: Attach the hinges to the cabinet doors (F) and then secure the doors to the main frame. Adjust hinges as needed for proper alignment and closure. Attach door handles.
  9. Install Adjustable Shelf: Place the adjustable shelf (G) inside the cabinet. Use the shelf pins to set it at your desired height.

  10. Attach Towel Rack: Secure the towel rack (H) to the side of the cart using the provided hardware.
  11. Final Check: Verify that all screws and fasteners are tight. Ensure the cart is stable and all moving parts (drawer, doors, wheels) operate smoothly.

Operating Instructions

  • Moving the Cart: To move the cart, release the brakes on the two locking casters. Gently push or pull the cart to its desired location. The towel rack can also serve as a convenient handle for transport.
  • Securing the Cart: Once the cart is in position, engage the brakes on the two locking casters to prevent unintended movement.
  • Using the Drawer: Pull the drawer handle to open and push to close. The drawer is suitable for storing smaller kitchen items like utensils or linens.
  • Accessing the Cabinet: Open the two cabinet doors to access the interior storage space. The adjustable shelf can be repositioned to accommodate items of various heights.
  • Utilizing the Towel Rack: Hang kitchen towels or other small items on the side-mounted towel rack for easy access.

Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish. For the rubberwood tabletop, use a mild wood cleaner if necessary, and dry immediately.
  • Spills: Clean up spills immediately to prevent staining or damage to the wood and engineered wood surfaces.
  • Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws, bolts, and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Tighten as needed to maintain stability.
  • Caster Maintenance: Keep caster wheels free of debris (hair, dust) to ensure smooth rolling. Lubricate if necessary.
  • Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the cart to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or high humidity, as this may cause warping or damage to the materials.

Troubleshooting
