1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the GoWISE USA 3.7-Quart Programmable Air Fryer and Accessory Kit. This appliance utilizes rapid air circulation technology to cook your favorite foods with little to no added oil, offering a healthier alternative to traditional frying. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new air fryer and its accessories.
2. Important Safeguards
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or the appliance housing in water or other liquid to prevent electric shock.
- Always unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow it to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- Do not use attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer, as this may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- To disconnect, turn any control to "off," then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
- Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
- This appliance is for household use only.
- Ensure the basket is properly inserted before operating.
- The appliance features overheat protection and automatic switch-off for safety.

This kit includes a baking pan, pie/pizza pan, insert rack, insert rack with skewers, toasting/warming rack, and a silicone mat.

4. Setup and Before First Use
Unpacking:
- Remove all packaging materials from the air fryer and accessories.
- Check that all components listed in Section 3 are present and undamaged.
Cleaning Before First Use:
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
- Wash the removable pan and frying basket with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. These parts are dishwasher safe.
- Clean all accessory kit components thoroughly with warm, soapy water. The metal accessories are dishwasher-safe.
- Dry all parts completely before reassembling.
Placement:
- Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate space (at least 4 inches) around the appliance for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the air fryer directly against a wall or other appliances.
5. Operating Instructions
Basic Operation:
- Plug the air fryer into a grounded electrical outlet (120V, 60Hz). The digital display will illuminate.
- Pull out the frying pan and basket from the main unit.
- Place your food into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Slide the frying pan and basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
- Setting Temperature and Time:
- Press the "TEMP" button to adjust the temperature (range: 176°F - 392°F) using the "+" and "-" buttons.
- Press the "TIME" button to adjust the cooking time (range: 1-30 minutes) using the "+" and "-" buttons.
- Press the "START/PAUSE" button to begin cooking. The fan and heating element will activate.
- During cooking, you can pull out the basket to shake or turn food. The air fryer will automatically pause and resume when the basket is reinserted.
- When the timer reaches zero, the air fryer will beep 5 times, indicating cooking is complete. The fan will continue to run for approximately 20 seconds to cool down the unit before entering automatic standby mode.
- Carefully pull out the frying pan and basket. Use the cool-to-touch handgrip.
- Empty the cooked food onto a plate.

Ensure food is evenly distributed and the basket is not overfilled for optimal cooking results.

Using Presets:
The GoWISE USA Air Fryer comes with 8 convenient cooking presets:
- Warm-Up
- Chips (Fries)
- Chicken
- Steak
- Shrimp
- Meat (Pork)
- Cake
- Fish
To use a preset, simply press the corresponding icon on the digital control panel. The air fryer will automatically set the optimal temperature and time for that food type. You can manually adjust the temperature and time after selecting a preset if desired.
Using the Accessory Kit:
The 6-piece accessory kit expands the versatility of your air fryer, allowing for baking, grilling, and more.
- Baking Pan & Pie/Pizza Pan: Ideal for baking small cakes, casseroles, or pizzas. Place the pan directly into the air fryer basket.
- Insert Rack: Use to elevate food for better air circulation or to cook multiple layers of food.
- Insert Rack with Skewers: Perfect for making kebabs. Place meat and vegetables onto the skewers and rest them on the rack within the basket.
- Toasting/Warming Rack: Use for toasting bread or keeping food warm.
- Silicone Resting Mat: Use this mat to protect surfaces when placing hot accessories or the air fryer basket down.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air fryer.
General Cleaning:
- Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Clean the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
Basket and Pan Cleaning:
- The removable pan and frying basket have a nonstick coating and are dishwasher safe.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the pan and basket in warm, soapy water for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
- Use a soft sponge or cloth to avoid damaging the nonstick coating.

The nonstick basket is designed for easy cleaning, either by hand or in a dishwasher.
Accessory Kit Cleaning:
- The baking pan and pie/pizza pan have nonstick coatings and should be cleaned with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge.
- All metal accessories (racks, skewers) are dishwasher safe.
- The silicone mat can be washed with warm, soapy water or placed in the dishwasher.
Storage:
Ensure the air fryer and all accessories are clean and dry before storing. Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
