5. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heated blanket and controller from its packaging.
2. Inspect: Check the blanket and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Connect Controller: Ensure the controller is securely plugged into the blanket's connector. The connector should click firmly into place.
4. Placement: Lay the blanket flat on a bed, sofa, or over your body, ensuring it is not folded, creased, or bunched.

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button (O/I) on the controller to turn the blanket on or off. The LED display will illuminate when on.
2. Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature adjustment buttons (^ for up, v for down) to select your desired heat level from 1 to 9, or 'H' for the highest setting.
3. Set Timer: Press the timer button (Clock icon) to cycle through the auto-off timer settings (1 to 9 hours). The blanket will automatically shut off after the selected time.
4. Pre-heating: For best results, turn on the blanket to a high setting approximately 15-30 minutes before use.
5. Continuous Use: If no timer is set, the blanket will operate until manually turned off or until the maximum operating time (usually 9 hours) is reached, after which it will automatically shut off for safety.

Cleaning Instructions

1. Disconnect: Always unplug the blanket from the power outlet and detach the controller from the blanket before cleaning.
2. Machine Wash: The blanket is machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water (max 30°C) and mild detergent. Do not bleach.
3. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly.
