2. Safety Information

WARNING: Always operate the power cart with appropriate eye and hand protection. Utilize speed controls and the shut-off/starter switch as needed. Lithium-Ion batteries have a spill-proof safe design and are easily transportable via land, sea, or air with minimal restrictions.

• Read and understand all instructions before use.
• Keep children and pets away from the operating area.
• Do not overload the cart beyond its maximum working load capacity of 660 lbs (230 kgs) or hauling capacity of 1000 lbs (460 kgs).
• Ensure the cargo is evenly distributed and secured before moving.
• Avoid operating on excessively steep slopes (maximum 15° upward slope).
• Always maintain a firm grip on the handles during operation.
• Do not leave the cart unattended with the power on.
• Store the cart and batteries in a dry, secure location.

3. Setup and Assembly

The SuperHandy Power Wagon requires assembly. Please follow the instructions provided in the separate assembly guide included with your product. Ensure all components are securely fastened before initial use.

• Unpack all components and verify against the packing list.
• Attach the handle assembly to the main frame.
• Install the wheels, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
• Assemble the modular cargo bed, attaching the side panels as desired.
• Insert the 48V Li-Ion batteries into their designated compartment.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

• Locate the battery compartment and ensure batteries are properly inserted.
• Use the On/Off switch to power the unit.
• The battery switch allows selection between Battery 1, Battery 2, or both for balanced discharge.

4.2 Speed and Direction Control

• The right handlebar features a thumb throttle for speed control. Press it down for faster movement.
• The left handlebar has a switch for selecting Forward (D) or Reverse (R) drive.
• Forward speed: 0-5 km/h (3.1 MPH) (Variable).
• Reverse speed: 0-3.5 km/h (2.2 MPH) (Variable).

4.3 Modular Cargo Bed Functions

• Dump Function: The cargo bed can be tilted to a 90° angle for effortless unloading. Release the latch mechanism to activate the dump feature.
• Flatbed Conversion: The removable cargo panels allow conversion to a flatbed, ideal for transporting larger items that may not fit within the standard cargo bed. Simply unlatch and remove the desired panels.

4.4 Swivel Wheels

The rear wheels feature 360° swivel capability, allowing for precise maneuvering in tight spaces. Each swivel wheel is equipped with a brake for secure parking and stability.

5. Battery Management

The SuperHandy Power Wagon is powered by one or two 48V Li-Ion rechargeable batteries (2Ah/4Ah options available), providing 88.8Wh or 177.6Wh of use per battery. Lithium-Ion technology offers fast charge times, versatile climate viability, high load power outputs, long cycle and shelf life, low internal/vibration resistance, and great coulombic efficiency.

• Charging: Use the provided charger to recharge batteries. Refer to the charger's manual for specific instructions.
• Battery Indicator: The handlebar features a three-light battery indicator. For a more precise reading, check the four LED indicators directly on top of each battery.
• Battery Switch: The battery switch allows you to select which battery is in use (Battery 1, Battery 2, or both simultaneously) to optimize battery life and usage.

6. Maintenance

• Regularly inspect all nuts, bolts, and fasteners for tightness.
• Clean the cart after each use, especially the motor and battery compartments, to prevent dirt and debris buildup.
• Check tire pressure periodically. The large 13-inch pneumatic wheels require proper inflation for optimal performance.
• Lubricate moving parts as recommended in the assembly guide.
• Store the cart in a dry, covered area to protect it from elements.
