1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the INNO STAGE 21-inch Smokeless Fire Pit. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use, assembly, and maintenance of your new fire pit. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.
This fire pit features a patented double-wall design engineered to maximize airflow and combustion efficiency, resulting in significantly less smoke and more flame. It is designed for outdoor use with wood pellets or small pieces of wood, providing a warm and inviting ambiance for various outdoor activities.
2. Safety Warnings
- Outdoor Use Only: This fire pit is intended for outdoor use only. Do not use indoors or in enclosed spaces.
- Clearance: Maintain a safe distance from combustible materials, structures, and vegetation. Ensure adequate overhead clearance.
- Stable Surface: Place the fire pit on a flat, level, non-combustible surface.
- Supervision: Never leave a burning fire pit unattended. Keep children and pets away from the fire pit.
- Fuel Type: Use only dry, seasoned wood or wood pellets. Do not use gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, lighter fluid, or alcohol to start or rekindle a fire.
- Do Not Overfill: Do not overfill the fire pit with fuel.
- Hot Surfaces: The fire pit becomes extremely hot during use and remains hot for a significant period afterward. Do not touch hot surfaces with bare hands. Use heat-resistant gloves.
- Ash Disposal: Allow hot ash to cool down naturally. Do not extinguish with water to avoid thermal shock, which can cause peeling, rust, or damage to the product. Dispose of cooled ash safely.
- Natural Patina: The whitening phenomenon after burning is a normal reaction and not a defect. Do not force cleaning to damage the product surface and cause paint peeling.
- Emergency: Keep a fire extinguisher or a bucket of sand/water nearby in case of emergency.
3. Package Contents
Please ensure all components are present before assembly:

5. Operation
5.1 Fueling the Fire Pit
- The INNO STAGE fire pit is designed for wood pellets or small pieces of wood/twigs.
- Fill the fire pit with your chosen fuel, ensuring it does not exceed the top air vents.

5.2 Lighting the Fire
- Place a fire starter (e.g., natural fire starter, paper, kindling) at the bottom of the fuel.
- Ignite the fire starter. The fire may take a few minutes to establish.
- Once the fire is burning steadily and the fire pit heats up, the patented double-wall design will draw in air through the bottom vents, heat it, and release it through the top vents, creating a secondary combustion that burns off smoke.

6. Maintenance & Cleaning
6.1 Ash Disposal
- After use, allow the fire pit and ash to cool down completely and naturally. This may take several hours.
- Once cooled, carefully remove the ash tray from the bottom of the fire pit.
- Dispose of the ash in a non-combustible container.
- Important: Do not use water to extinguish hot ash or to clean the fire pit while it is hot, as this can cause thermal shock, leading to peeling paint, rust, and damage.

6.2 Cleaning and Storage
- Clean the fire pit exterior with a soft cloth and mild detergent if necessary, only after it has completely cooled.
- The whitening phenomenon after burning is a normal reaction and does not require aggressive cleaning.
- Store the fire pit in a dry, covered area when not in use to prolong its lifespan. The included portable carrying bag is ideal for this purpose.

7. Troubleshooting
- Excessive Smoke: If you experience more smoke than expected, ensure you are using dry, seasoned wood or pellets. Wet or unseasoned wood produces more smoke. Also, ensure the fire pit has reached optimal operating temperature for the secondary combustion to fully engage. Do not overfill.
- Difficulty Lighting: Ensure adequate kindling and airflow when starting the fire. Use appropriate fire starters.
- Reduced Heat Output: Check for proper airflow. Ensure bottom vents are clear of ash or debris.
