4. Setup and Installation
Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials from the appliance.
- Check for any transport damage. If damaged, do not install or operate the appliance. Contact your retailer.
Location
- Place the dryer on a firm, level floor.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance. Do not block the ventilation openings.
- Avoid placing the dryer near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

5. Operating Instructions
Before First Use

Cleaning the Lint Filter

- Pull out the lint filter located in the door opening.
- Remove any accumulated lint by hand or with a soft brush.
- Rinse the filter under running water if necessary, and ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
Emptying the Water Condensation Tank

- Gently pull out the water condensation tank, usually located at the top left of the control panel.
- Empty the collected water into a sink.
- Push the tank back into its position until it clicks.
Cleaning the Heat Exchanger Filter
This filter should be cleaned periodically, approximately once a month or as indicated by the appliance.
- Open the lower cover at the front of the dryer.
- Release the locking clips and remove the heat exchanger filter.
- Clean the filter thoroughly under running water or with a vacuum cleaner.
- Reinsert the filter and close the cover securely.
Exterior Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
