The Zalman S3 TG case features a full tempered glass side panel, optimized airflow with pre-installed fans, and convenient front I/O ports. It is designed to accommodate various PC components, offering excellent expandability and efficient cooling.
Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper assembly and installation of your PC components into the Zalman S3 TG case.
1. Unpacking
Carefully remove the PC case from its packaging. Inspect the case for any signs of damage during transit. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
2. Component Installation Overview

The case features removable side panels and a front panel for easy access during component installation. The tempered glass side panel is secured with four thumb screws.
3. Motherboard Installation
The Zalman S3 TG supports ATX, mATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards. Install the necessary standoffs for your motherboard form factor before securing the motherboard with screws.

4. Power Supply Unit (PSU) Installation
The case features a dedicated space at the bottom for the power supply unit, improving cooling performance and cable management. The maximum PSU length supported is 180mm. Install the PSU from the rear of the case and secure it with screws.

5. Storage Drive Installation
The case provides bays for 3.5" HDDs and 2.5" SSDs. Install 3.5" HDDs from the backside of the motherboard panel using the provided plastic caddy guides. 2.5" SSDs can be mounted directly on the back of the motherboard panel.

6. VGA Card and CPU Cooler Installation
Ensure your VGA card does not exceed 330mm in length and your CPU cooler height does not exceed 156mm for proper fitment within the case.
7. Cable Management
Utilize the cable routing slots and space behind the motherboard tray to manage cables effectively, ensuring optimal airflow and a clean interior appearance.
8. Fan Installation
The case comes with three 120mm fans pre-installed: two at the front and one at the rear. Additional fan mounting options are available at the top and bottom of the case, and for a front radiator.

Operation
1. Power On/Off
Press the power button located on the top I/O panel to turn on your system. Press and hold the power button for several seconds to perform a forced shutdown, or use the operating system's shutdown function for a proper shutdown.
2. Front Panel I/O Ports
The top panel provides convenient access to essential ports and controls:
- Power Button: To power on/off the system.
- Reset Button: To restart the system.
- USB 3.0 Port (x1): For high-speed data transfer.
- USB 2.0 Ports (x2): For connecting peripherals.
- Headphone Jack: For audio output.
- Microphone Jack: For audio input.

3. Airflow and Cooling
The case is designed with a front panel for maximized airflow, complemented by the pre-installed 120mm fans. This configuration ensures efficient heat dissipation and maintains optimal component temperatures.

Maintenance
1. Dust Filter Cleaning
The Zalman S3 TG case includes magnetic dust filters at the bottom (for the PSU intake) and top. Regularly remove and clean these filters to prevent dust buildup and maintain optimal airflow. Gently wash with water and allow to dry completely before re-installing.
2. General Cleaning
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces of the case. For the tempered glass panel, use a glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to avoid streaks. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
Troubleshooting

- System Not Powering On:
