4. Setup Guide

4.1 Charging the Device

Before initial use, ensure the sound card is fully charged. Connect the provided USB cable to the sound card's charging port and to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The charging indicator will illuminate.

4.2 Connecting to a Mobile Phone

  1. Use one of the provided audio cables to connect the "LIVE1" or "LIVE2" port on the sound card to the 3.5mm audio jack of your mobile phone.

  3. Connect your microphone to the "MIC" port and your headphones/earphones to the "EARPHONE" or "HEADSET" port.

4.3 Connecting to a Computer

  1. Connect the provided USB cable from the sound card's USB port to a USB port on your computer. The computer should automatically recognize the device.
  2. In your computer's sound settings, select the ZHANGLI V8 Sound Card as the input and output device.
  3. Connect your microphone to the "MIC" port and your headphones/earphones to the "EARPHONE" or "HEADSET" port.

4.4 Bluetooth Connection (for accompaniment music)

  1. Turn on the sound card.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
  3. Search for "V8" or a similar device name in your device's Bluetooth settings and pair with it. This connection is typically used for playing background music or accompaniment wirelessly.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the POWER button located on the top right of the sound card to turn the device on or off.

5.2 Adjusting Volume Levels

  • MIC (Microphone Volume): Rotate the large knob labeled "MIC" to adjust the microphone input volume.
  • ECHO (Reverberation): Rotate the large knob labeled "ECHO" to adjust the reverberation effect level.
  • TREBLE (High Tones): Rotate the "TREBLE" knob to adjust the high-frequency audio output.
  • BASS (Low Tones): Rotate the "BASS" knob to adjust the low-frequency audio output.
  • RECORD (Recording Volume): Rotate the "RECORD" knob to control the volume level of the audio being recorded.
  • MUSIC (Background Music Volume): Rotate the "MUSIC" knob to adjust the volume of background music or accompaniment.
  • MONITOR (Headphone Monitoring Volume): Rotate the "MONITOR" knob to adjust the volume heard through your connected headphones.

  • Electric Sound Modes: Press buttons like "Electro", "Pitch Bend", "Magic", "Shock-Wave", "MC", "Dodge" to apply different voice changing or electric sound effects.
  • Sound Effects: Press buttons like "Despise", "Shot", "Beatings", "Coldfield", "Songs", "DogBarking", "Laughte", "Applause", "Kiss", "Awkward", "Minions", "Time" to trigger specific sound effects.
