Regularly wipe down the exterior of the washing machine with a soft, damp cloth. Clean the detergent dispenser drawer to prevent residue buildup. Periodically check and clean the pump filter as per the detailed instructions in the full manual.

4.2 Drum Care

To prevent odors and maintain hygiene, run a maintenance wash cycle (e.g., a hot wash with no laundry and a washing machine cleaner) periodically.

4.3 Winterization (if applicable)

If the machine is to be left in an unheated area during winter, follow the instructions in the comprehensive manual for draining residual water to prevent freezing and damage.

5. Troubleshooting

This section provides solutions to common issues. For more complex problems, refer to the complete instruction manual or contact customer support.

  • Appliance not starting: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in and the door is fully closed. Check if the delay start function is activated.
  • Excessive creasing of clothes: This can occur on some cycles, especially with higher spin speeds. Try reducing the spin speed for delicate items or using specific programs designed to minimize creasing.
  • Wi-Fi connectivity issues: Verify that your home Wi-Fi network is operating on the 2.4 GHz frequency band. Ensure the washing machine is within range of your router or consider using a Wi-Fi booster if the signal is weak.
  • Unusual noise during spin cycle: While the machine is generally quiet (51 dB), some noise is normal during high-speed spinning. Ensure the machine is level and not in contact with other objects. Check for foreign objects in the drum or pump filter.
  • Door locking/unlocking noise: A distinct sound when the door locks or unlocks is normal operation for this appliance.
