4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning Your Watch
To maintain the appearance and functionality of your watch:
- Wipe the watch case and strap with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the resin material and finish.
- For resin straps, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water and thorough drying.
4.2 Battery Replacement
The watch uses one Lithium metal battery. The average battery life is approximately 1.5 years. When the battery needs replacement, it is recommended to have it replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.

5. Troubleshooting
- Heart Rate Monitor Not Reading: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist and the case back is in full contact with your skin. Slightly moistening your finger or wrist can improve contact. Remain still during measurement.
- Inaccurate Step Count: The activity tracker relies on wrist movement. Vigorous hand or arm movements not associated with walking may be counted as steps. Ensure your personal data (height, weight) is accurately entered in the settings.
- INDIGLO® Backlight Not Working: If the backlight does not illuminate or is very dim, the battery may be low and require replacement.
- Watch Not Responding: If the watch becomes unresponsive, try pressing and holding all four buttons simultaneously for a few seconds to perform a soft reset. If the issue persists, battery replacement may be necessary.
