4.1 Unboxing and Initial Placement

4.2 Water Hardness Test

Before first use, it is recommended to perform a water hardness test to optimize the machine's descaling frequency.

  1. Locate the included Total Hardness Test strip.
  2. Follow the instructions on the test strip packaging to determine your water hardness level.

4.3 Filling the Water Tank and Bean Hopper

  1. Remove the 1.8L/60oz water tank from the machine.
  2. Fill the tank with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line.
  3. Carefully reinsert the water tank into the machine until it clicks into place.
  4. Open the bean hopper lid located on top of the machine.
  5. Pour fresh whole coffee beans into the hopper. Do not overfill.
  6. Close the bean hopper lid securely.

5. Operating the Machine

5.1 Control Panel Overview

5.2 Making Espresso and Coffee

  1. Place a cup under the coffee spouts.
  2. Select your desired beverage from the display (e.g., Espresso, Coffee).
  3. The machine will automatically grind the beans and brew your coffee.
