3. Setup

3.1. Initial Assembly

  1. Unpack all components and verify against the package contents list.
  2. Attach the T-handle to the jack body. Ensure it is securely fastened according to the manufacturer's instructions (refer to any included diagrams or specific handle attachment mechanisms).
  3. Select the appropriate saddle attachment (3/4 in., 1-15/16 in., or 3-7/8 in.) based on the required lifting height and place it securely on the ram.

3.2. Air Supply Connection

  1. Connect a compressed air line to the air inlet fitting on the jack.
  2. Ensure the air supply pressure is regulated between 90-145 PSI. Exceeding this range can damage the jack.
  3. Check all connections for leaks before operation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Positioning the Jack

  1. Ensure the vehicle is on a firm, level surface and the parking brake is engaged.
  2. Using the long T-handle, maneuver the jack under the vehicle to the designated lifting point. The 47-1/4 inch T-handle allows for positioning without crawling under the vehicle.
  3. Verify that the saddle is centered and securely positioned under the vehicle's lifting point.

4.2. Lifting a Vehicle

  1. With the air supply connected and regulated, activate the lifting mechanism. This is typically done by pulling the T-handle or engaging a lever on the handle.
  2. The air-assist feature will rapidly raise the ram. Continue lifting until the desired height is reached, ensuring the vehicle remains stable.
  3. Once the vehicle is lifted, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's frame or designated support points.
  4. Slowly lower the jack until the vehicle rests securely on the jack stands.

4.3. Lowering a Vehicle

  1. Ensure the area around and under the vehicle is clear of personnel and obstructions.
  2. Slightly raise the vehicle with the jack to remove the load from the jack stands.
  3. Remove the jack stands.
  4. Slowly release the pressure to lower the jack. The self-retracting, spring return ram will facilitate a controlled descent.
  5. Once the vehicle is fully lowered, remove the jack.
