2. Product Overview
The RPNB Deluxe Safe is designed to provide secure storage for your valuables. It features a reinforced solid steel wall structure and a digital keypad for easy access, complemented by backup keys for reliability.

3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the inside of the safe door.
- Insert 4 AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Note: Use good quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance and longevity. Poor quality batteries may cause the digital lock to malfunction.
3.2 Setting Your Digital Code
The safe comes with a factory default code. It is highly recommended to change this to a personal code immediately after battery installation.
- With the safe door open, press the red reset button located on the inside of the door, near the hinge. You will hear a beep.
- Within 5 seconds, enter your desired 3 to 8 digit code on the keypad.
- Press the "E" or "#" button to confirm your new code. You will hear a confirmation beep.
- Test your new code with the door open to ensure it works correctly before closing the safe.

3.3 Mounting the Safe
The safe features pre-drilled holes on the back and bottom for secure mounting to a wall or floor. Mounting hardware is included.
- Choose a suitable location for mounting, ensuring it is a stable surface.
- Mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes on the safe.
- Drill pilot holes into the wall or floor using an appropriate drill bit.
- Align the safe with the drilled holes and secure it using the provided mounting hardware.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Opening the Safe
- Using Digital Code: Enter your programmed 3-8 digit code, then press "E" or "#". The green light will illuminate. Turn the knob clockwise to open the door within 5 seconds.
- Using Backup Key: If batteries are dead or you prefer manual access, locate the hidden keyhole. This is typically behind the RPNB logo or a small removable panel on the keypad. Insert the backup key and turn it while simultaneously turning the knob clockwise to open the door.

4.2 Closing and Locking the Safe
Close the safe door firmly. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to engage the locking bolts. The safe is now secured.
4.3 Silence Mode
To silence the audible beeps from the keypad, press the "0" button on the keypad. This will toggle the sound on or off.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Replacement
When the yellow indicator light illuminates or the keypad becomes unresponsive, it's time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 3.1. Always replace all 4 AA batteries at once with new, high-quality alkaline batteries.
5.2 Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.
6. Troubleshooting
