Installation Instructions

Step-by-Step Guide:
- Prepare the Door: Identify the desired location for the dummy knob on your door. Ensure the surface is clean and free of debris.
- Position the Mounting Plate: Place one of the square mounting plates against the door at the chosen location. Use a pencil to mark the positions for the two screw holes.
- Attach the Mounting Plate: Using a Phillips head screwdriver, secure the mounting plate to the door with the provided screws. Do not overtighten.
- Assemble the Knob: Insert the spindle through the center hole of the crystal knob.
- Attach the Knob to the Plate: Align the assembled knob with the mounting plate on the door. The spindle should pass through the center hole of the plate. Secure the knob to the plate using the small set screw on the side of the knob base with the hex key.
- Repeat for Second Knob (if applicable): If installing a second dummy knob on the opposite side of the door (for aesthetic balance), repeat steps 2-5. Ensure the knobs are aligned.

Operating Instructions
The HIEMEY Dummy Door Knobs are designed for simple operation:
