Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

Cleaning the Dustbag (Dry Use)

  • When the dust LED indicator signals or suction power decreases, it's time to empty the dustbag.
  • Unplug the vacuum cleaner. Open the snap-locks and remove the motor head.
  • Carefully remove the washable dust bag from the tank.
  • Empty the contents into a waste bin. The bag can be washed with mild soap and water, then air-dried completely before re-installation.

Cleaning the HEPA Filter (Dry Use)

  • The HEPA filter captures the smallest allergen-causing particles. It should be cleaned regularly, especially after heavy use.
  • Remove the HEPA filter from the motor housing.
  • Tap the filter gently to dislodge dust. For a more thorough clean, rinse it under running water.
  • Allow the HEPA filter to air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before re-installing. Do not use the vacuum cleaner with a wet HEPA filter.

Cleaning the Sponge Filter (Wet Use)

  • After wet vacuuming, remove the sponge filter.
  • Rinse the sponge filter thoroughly under running water to remove any debris or liquid residue.
  • Squeeze out excess water and allow it to air-dry completely before storing or re-using.

General Care

  • Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents.
  • Check the hose and accessories for blockages regularly. Clear any obstructions to maintain optimal suction.
  • Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
