Introduction

Welcome to the Diablo X-Player 2.0 Gaming Chair user manual. This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new gaming chair. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Diablo X-Player 2.0 Gaming Chair. It is recommended to have a second person assist with certain steps.

Step 1: Attach Casters to Star Base

Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.

Step 2: Install Gas Lift and Cover

Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base. Then, slide the gas lift cover over the gas lift cylinder.

Step 3: Attach Tilt Mechanism to Seat Base

Align the tilt mechanism with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat base. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure it with the provided screws and tighten them using the Allen key.

Step 4: Connect Seat Base to Gas Lift

Carefully place the assembled seat base (with tilt mechanism attached) onto the gas lift cylinder. The tapered end of the gas lift will fit into the mechanism's opening.

Step 5: Attach Armrests to Seat Base

Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat base using the designated screws. Ensure they are oriented correctly (left and right). Do not fully tighten the screws until the backrest is attached, allowing for slight adjustment.

Step 6: Attach Backrest to Seat Base and Armrests

Align the backrest with the mounting brackets on the seat base and armrests. Secure it with the remaining screws. Once all screws are in place, fully tighten all screws for the armrests and backrest.

Step 7: Attach Lumbar and Headrest Cushions

Attach the lumbar cushion to the backrest using its straps, positioning it to support your lower back. Attach the headrest cushion to the top of the backrest, adjusting its height for neck support.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While pulling the lever, apply weight to lower the chair or lift your weight to raise it. Release the lever to lock the height.

Backrest Recline (Tilttech™ Gear)

To recline the backrest, pull the lever on the left side of the seat upwards. Lean back to your desired angle (up to 160 degrees). Release the lever to lock the backrest in position. The chair supports various angles for gaming (120°), work (90°), movie watching (140°), and napping (160°).

Tilt/Rocking Function (Tilttech™ Swing)

To enable the rocking function, pull the lever on the right side of the seat (the same lever as height adjustment) outwards. Push it inwards to lock the chair in an upright position. The tension of the rocking motion can be adjusted by turning the knob located underneath the seat.

Armrest Adjustment (Armtech™ Hybrid 3D)

The 3D armrests can be adjusted in three dimensions:

• Height: Press the button on the side of the armrest and slide it up or down.
• Rotation: Twist the top of the armrest pad left or right.
• Forward/Backward: Slide the armrest pad forward or backward.

Lumbar and Headrest Cushion Adjustment

The lumbar and headrest cushions are adjustable. Slide them up or down along the backrest straps to find the most comfortable and supportive position for your spine and neck.

Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance will extend the life of your Diablo X-Player 2.0 Gaming Chair.

• Cleaning Fabric/Synthetic Leather: For general cleaning, wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stains, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Caster Cleaning: Periodically remove any hair or debris that may accumulate around the casters to ensure smooth movement.
• Tightening Screws: Check all screws and bolts periodically and tighten them if necessary to maintain stability.
