4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the included power adapter to the speaker's power input and plug it into a standard wall outlet. The battery level LED indicators will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours and provides up to 3 hours of playback time.

4.2 Power On/Off

Locate the ON/OFF switch on the control panel. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the speaker. Flip it to 'OFF' to power down. It is recommended to turn off the power with the ON/OFF switch when not in use to prevent battery damage from standby mode.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Bluetooth Wireless Streaming

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on.
2. The speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon or voice prompt.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select the Bluetooth network name 'PYLEUSA' from the list.
5. Once connected, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation. You can now stream music wirelessly within a range of up to 32 feet.

5.2 USB Flash Memory Playback

Insert a USB flash drive (up to 32GB) containing MP3 audio files into the USB port on the control panel. The speaker will automatically detect the USB drive and begin playing the audio files. Use the control panel or remote to navigate tracks and adjust volume.

5.3 Aux (3.5mm) Input

Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, CD player) to the Aux (3.5mm) input jack using a 3.5mm audio cable. The speaker will switch to Aux mode, and audio from your connected device will play through the speaker.

5.4 FM Radio

Press the 'Mode' button on the control panel or remote until 'FM' is displayed. Use the tuning buttons to scan for available radio stations. The digital LED display will show the current frequency.

5.5 Microphone Input

Plug a 6.5mm microphone into the 'MIC.IN' port on the control panel. Adjust the microphone volume using the dedicated knob. This feature is ideal for karaoke, public speaking, or live performances.

5.6 Party Lights

The multi-color flashing LED party lights can be toggled on or off using a dedicated switch or button on the control panel, depending on the model variation. These lights synchronize with the music to create a vibrant visual effect.

5.7 Remote Control

The included remote control allows for convenient operation of various functions from a distance, including power, mode selection, volume adjustment, track navigation, and FM radio tuning. The remote uses one CR-2025 button cell battery (included).

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the speaker. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the speaker regularly, even if not in active use. Always turn off the speaker using the ON/OFF switch when not in use.
• Water Exposure: This speaker is not waterproof. Avoid exposing it to rain, splashes, or any liquids.
