Setup Instructions

1. Attaching Sandpaper

The sander uses a hook-and-loop system for quick sandpaper changes.

  1. Ensure the sander is unplugged from the power source.
  2. Align the holes on the sandpaper with the holes on the sanding pad.
  3. Press the sandpaper firmly onto the sanding pad to ensure it adheres completely.

2. Attaching the Dust Collection Box

The dust collection box helps maintain a cleaner work environment.

  1. Slide the dust collection box onto the designated port at the rear of the sander until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Ensure it is firmly attached to prevent dust leakage during operation.

3. Attaching the Detail Finger Attachment

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

The sander is equipped with a dust-proof switch.

  1. Plug the sander into a suitable power outlet (230 Volts).
  2. To turn on, slide the power switch to the 'ON' position.
  3. To turn off, slide the power switch to the 'OFF' position.

2. Sanding Technique

Proper technique ensures effective sanding and prolongs sandpaper life.

  • Hold the sander firmly with both hands, utilizing the ergonomic rubber grip.
  • Place the sanding pad flat against the workpiece.
  • Move the sander in smooth, overlapping strokes.
  • Do not apply excessive pressure. The weight of the tool is usually sufficient. Excessive pressure can reduce sanding efficiency, wear out sandpaper faster, and potentially damage the sanding pad. If more aggressive material removal is needed, use a coarser grit sandpaper (e.g., P80).
  • For optimal results, keep the sanding plate parallel to the sanding surface, ensuring only the sandpaper makes contact with the workpiece.

3. Using the LED Light
