1. Introduction

Welcome to Banana Blast! This exciting game from Goliath Games challenges players to carefully collect bananas from Banana Joe's monkey hill. Be quick and strategic, as one wrong move will send Banana Joe flying!

3. Components

Before playing, ensure all components are present:

• 1 x Banana Joe Monkey Figure
• 1 x Monkey Hill Base
• 12 x Bananas (plastic game pieces)
• 1 x Die with symbols

4. Setup

1. Place Banana Joe: Carefully place the Banana Joe monkey figure into the center of the monkey hill base. Ensure it is seated correctly and does not pop out prematurely.

2. Insert Bananas: Insert all 12 plastic banana pieces into the holes around the monkey hill base. Push them in gently until they are secure.
3. Prepare the Die: Keep the game die accessible to all players.
4. Player Positioning: Players should sit around the game, ensuring everyone can reach the bananas and the die.

5. Operating Instructions (How to Play)

Banana Blast is designed for 2 or more players, ages 4 and up. No batteries are required.

1. Starting the Game: The youngest player goes first, and play proceeds clockwise.
2. Player's Turn: On your turn, roll the die. The die will show one of the following symbols:
   • 1 Banana: Pick one banana from the monkey hill.
   • 2 Bananas: Pick two bananas from the monkey hill.
   • Banana Joe Jumping: This symbol means you must press Banana Joe's head.
   • Give a Banana: Give one of your collected bananas to another player.
   • Steal a Banana: Take one banana from another player.

3. Banana Joe Jumps: As players pick bananas, one of the bananas will trigger Banana Joe to jump high into the air. The banana that triggers the jump is random each game.
4. Catching Banana Joe: The player who catches Banana Joe as he jumps gets to keep him and receives two extra bananas from the pile (if available). If multiple players attempt to catch him, the player who successfully secures him wins the bonus.
5. Continuing Play: If Banana Joe jumps, reset him into the hill and re-insert all remaining bananas. Continue playing until all bananas are collected or until a predetermined number of rounds.
6. Winning the Game: The game ends when all bananas have been collected. The player with the most bananas wins!

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe game pieces and the base with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
• Storage: Store all game components in their original box in a cool, dry place to prevent damage or loss of pieces.
• Inspection: Periodically check all parts for wear and tear. Discontinue use if any part is broken or damaged.

7. Troubleshooting

• Banana Joe does not jump:
  • Ensure Banana Joe is properly seated in the monkey hill base.
  • Verify that all bananas are inserted correctly and not obstructing the spring mechanism.
  • Check if the mechanism is jammed. Gently press Banana Joe down and try removing bananas one by one.
