6. Troubleshooting

• Squeaking Noise: If the swing produces a squeaking noise, check all connection points on the frame and the hooks. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the moving metal parts if necessary.
• Swing Appears Crooked: Ensure the ropes are adjusted to equal lengths and are securely attached to both the wooden bars and the frame's carabiners. Re-adjust if needed.
• Instability: Verify that the frame is fully extended and all locking pins are engaged. Ensure the anti-slip foot pads are making full contact with the floor. The swing should be on a flat, level surface.
