Operating Instructions
Grinding Meat
- Prepare meat by cutting it into small pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes) that fit easily into the feeder tube. Remove any bones, gristle, or tough tendons.
- Place a bowl or container under the grinding head to collect the ground meat.
- Turn the power switch to the "ON" position.
- Carefully feed the meat pieces into the food tray and use the food pusher to guide them down the feeder tube. Do not force the meat.
- If the grinder jams, switch to the "REV" (reverse) position for a few seconds to clear the blockage, then switch back to "ON".
- Once grinding is complete, turn the switch to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.
