4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Filling the Water Tank

• Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet.
• Open the water tank cap.

5.1 Steaming Function

• Hold the garment taut with one hand and move the steam plate over the fabric in an up-and-down motion, keeping it a few inches away from the fabric.
• Ideal for delicate fabrics, refreshing clothes, and removing wrinkles from hanging garments.

5.2 Dry Ironing Function

• Ensure the water tank is empty for dry ironing, or simply do not press the steam button if water is present.
• Place the garment on a flat, heat-resistant surface (e.g., an ironing board).
• Move the hot soleplate directly over the fabric to smooth out wrinkles.
• Suitable for fabrics that require direct heat without moisture.

5.3 Steam Ironing Function

• Fill the water tank as described in Section 4.1.
• Place the garment on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
• Move the appliance over the fabric while pressing the Steam Button intermittently or continuously, depending on the desired steam output.
• This combines the smoothing action of an iron with the wrinkle-relaxing power of steam.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

6.1 After Each Use

• Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely.
