1. Introduction and Overview

3. Setup

3.1. Inserting SIM and microSD Cards

The Galaxy A21s supports dual SIM cards and a microSD card for expandable storage up to 512GB. Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray. Carefully place your Nano-SIM cards and microSD card into their respective slots, ensuring correct orientation. Gently push the tray back into the device until it clicks into place.

3.2. Initial Charging and Power On

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your device. Connect the supplied adapter to the charging port at the bottom of the phone. The device supports 15W fast charging. Once sufficiently charged, press and hold the Power key (located on the right side) until the Samsung logo appears to power on your device.

4.1. Display and Navigation

The 6.5-inch HD+ TFT display (720 x 1600 pixels, 20:9 ratio) provides a clear and expansive viewing area. Navigate the Android Q operating system using touch gestures. Swipe down from the top for the notification panel and quick settings. Use the on-screen navigation buttons or gesture navigation as configured.

4.2. Camera Functions

The Galaxy A21s features a versatile quad-camera system on the rear: a 48 MP main lens, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and two 2 MP lenses for depth and macro photography. The front camera is 8 MP. Open the Camera application to access various modes such as Photo, Video, Portrait, and Pro mode. Tap on the screen to focus and use the shutter button to capture images or start recording videos.

4.3. Audio and Connectivity

Experience enhanced audio with Dolby Atmos support. Connect headphones via the 3.5mm audio jack.   • Device Unresponsive: Press and hold the Power key and Volume Down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart the device.
  • Network Issues: Check if SIM cards are properly inserted. Toggle Airplane Mode on and off. Restart the device. Verify your mobile data settings.
  • Battery Draining Quickly: Close unused applications, reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary features like Wi-Fi or Bluetooth when not in use.
  • App Malfunction: Clear the app's cache and data in Settings > Apps, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
  • Factory Reset: As a last resort, you can perform a factory data reset (Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset). Warning: This will erase all data on your device. Back up important data before proceeding.
