1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective operation of your Sunolga YG-2200 500W Fog Machine with 6 LED Lights. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

• The Sunolga fog machine is certified with FCC, CE, and ROHS for safety.
• Always use the correct type of fog fluid. Do not use flammable liquids or other substitutes.
• Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
• Keep the machine away from children and pets.
• Do not touch the nozzle during operation or immediately after use, as it becomes very hot. A "CAUTION HIGH TEMPERATURE DO NOT TOUCH" warning is present on the unit.
• The machine features an integrated electronic high-temperature protection system that will automatically shut off the unit if it exceeds temperature limits.
• Automatic shutdown occurs if the fog fluid solution runs out. Refill the tank to restart operation.
• Do not obstruct the ventilation openings.
• If used indoors, be aware that fog machines can trigger smoke detectors.

5. Setup

1. Unpacking and Placement: Carefully remove the fog machine and all accessories from the packaging. Place the machine on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit and that the fog output is directed away from people or sensitive equipment.
2. Install Handle: Attach the included handle to the top of the fog machine using the provided screws and gaskets. This handle aids in portability.
3. Fill Fog Fluid Tank: Unscrew the cap of the fluid tank located on top of the machine. Carefully pour high-quality, water-based fog fluid into the tank. Do not overfill. The tank capacity is 350ml (0.079 gal). Monitor the fluid level indicator on the back of the machine. Securely replace the cap.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power cable into the power input socket on the back of the machine, then plug the other end into a standard AC 90-130V 60Hz or AC 220-240V 50Hz electrical outlet, depending on your region.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Power On and Warm-up: Flip the red 'On/Off' switch on the back of the machine to the 'On' position. The machine will begin to warm up. The preheating indicator lamp on the control panel will be red during this phase. Warm-up time is approximately 3-5 minutes.
2. Ready for Use: Once the preheating indicator lamp turns green, the machine is ready to produce fog.
3. Using the Wireless Remote Control:
   • Fog Control: Press the 'ON' button under 'FOG' to emit fog. Press 'OFF' to stop.
   • LED Control: Press the 'ON' button under 'LED' to turn on the LED lights. Press 'OFF' to turn them off.
   • Color Selection: Choose from 12 adjustable colors by pressing the corresponding color buttons on the remote.
   • Special Effects: Select 'JUMP' for color jumping, 'FADE' for color fading, or 'FLASH' for strobe effects.
   • The remote control has an effective range of 5-6 meters.
4. Manual Fog Button: Alternatively, you can press the green 'Fog' button on the back of the machine to manually spray fog.
5. Fog Output: The machine produces approximately 2000 CFM (cubic feet per minute) of smoke at a distance of 2-3 meters, with a duration of 30-40 seconds per burst.

7. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your fog machine.

• Cleaning: After every 40 hours of continuous operation or before extended storage, it is recommended to run a cleaning solution through the machine. Use a mixture of 80% distilled water and 20% white vinegar. Fill the fluid tank with this solution and run the machine in a well-ventilated area until the tank is empty. This helps prevent clogs in the heating element.
• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: When not in use, ensure the fluid tank is empty or contains fresh fog fluid. Store the machine in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Fuse Replacement: If the machine fails to power on, check the fuse. Replace only with a fuse of the same size and type (125V 10A).
