4. Setup and Assembly

The LIVINGbasics Shower Chair is designed for tool-free assembly, typically taking only a few minutes.

1. Attach Main Frames: Insert the curved main frame pieces into the underside of the seat. Ensure they interlock to form an 'X' shape. Secure them using the provided knobs and washers.
2. Install Leg Extensions: Insert the four leg extension pieces into the main frame. Press the push-button on each leg extension and slide it into the corresponding opening on the main frame until it clicks into place. Ensure all legs are securely attached.
3. Adjust Height: Press the push-button on each leg extension and slide the inner tube up or down to your desired height. Ensure the button snaps securely into one of the 5 adjustment holes. Repeat for all four legs, ensuring they are at the same height for stability.
4. Attach Soft Pad (Optional): If using, remove the adhesive backing from the soft pad and firmly press it onto the seat surface, aligning the drain holes.
5. Attach Shower Head Holder (Optional): Snap the shower head holder onto any of the chair's legs at a convenient height.

5. Operating Instructions

Using your LIVINGbasics Shower Chair is straightforward and designed for convenience.

• Placement: Position the shower chair securely in your shower or bathtub. Ensure all four rubber-capped feet are in full contact with the surface to prevent movement.
• Seating: Carefully sit on the chair, using the integrated handrails for support if needed.
• Height Adjustment: If the height needs to be changed, exit the chair first. Press the push-buttons on each leg and adjust to the desired height, ensuring all legs are set equally.
• Shower Head Holder: If installed, place your detachable shower head in the holder for hands-free showering.
