4. Setup and First Use
Before using your kettle for the first time, or if it has been stored for a long period, it is recommended to clean it.
- Initial Cleaning: Fill the kettle with clean water to the MAX level. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
- Placement: Place the power base on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
- Cord Management: The power base features integrated cord storage. Adjust the cord length as needed and store excess cord underneath the base to keep your countertop tidy.

5. Operating Instructions
- Fill the Kettle: Open the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water. Do not fill below the MIN (0.6L) mark or above the MAX (1.7L) mark. Overfilling may cause boiling water to spill out. Close the lid securely.
- Place on Power Base: Place the kettle firmly onto the 360° rotatable power base. Ensure it is properly seated.
- Connect to Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Start Boiling: Press the On/Off switch located on the handle downwards. The blue LED indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the kettle is heating.
- Automatic Shutoff: Once the water reaches a rolling boil, the kettle will automatically shut off, and the blue LED light will extinguish.
- Pouring: Carefully lift the cordless kettle from its base and pour the hot water. The heat-resistant handle ensures safe pouring.
- Re-boiling: If you need to re-boil water, wait a few seconds for the internal thermostat to reset, then press the On/Off switch again.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain the performance and longevity of your kettle. Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface.
- Interior Cleaning (Descaling): Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. To descale:
- Fill the kettle with 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
- Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times.
- Alternatively, use a commercial descaling solution designed for kettles, following the product's instructions.
- Removable Filter: The filter located in the spout can be removed for cleaning. Rinse it under running water and gently brush away any deposits. Ensure it is securely re-inserted before use.
