Maintenance
Keep the camera body and lens clean using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposing the camera to extreme temperatures, dust, or moisture. Always ensure the battery is charged before use. For optimal battery life, charge the battery fully before first use and after extended periods of non-use.
Troubleshooting
Overheating during 4K recording:
Recording in 4K, especially for extended periods, can cause the camera to overheat and shut down. This is a normal safety feature. Allow the camera to cool down before resuming recording. Consider recording in shorter segments or in cooler environments.
Short Battery Life:
4K video recording and continuous use of the flip screen or wireless features can drain the battery faster. Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Consider purchasing additional NP-BX1 batteries for extended shooting sessions.
