2. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly set up your ALED LIGHT LED Strip:
- Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface where you intend to install the LED strip is clean, dry, and smooth. Dust, dirt, or moisture can affect the adhesive's effectiveness.
- Measure and Cut (Optional): The LED strip can be cut to your desired length. Look for the designated cutting marks (usually indicated by a copper pad and a scissor icon) along the strip. Cut only at these marks to avoid damaging the circuit.
- Apply the Strip: Peel off the protective backing from the adhesive tape on the back of the LED strip. Carefully press the strip onto the prepared surface, ensuring firm and even contact.
- Connect the Controller: Connect the LED strip(s) to the controller unit. Ensure the arrows on the connectors align correctly.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the controller unit, then plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- Download the App: For full functionality, download the "HappyLighting" app. Scan the QR code on the controller or visit http://download.appglobalmarket.com/happylightingdownload.html.

After connecting the LED strip via Bluetooth to your smartphone, use the "HappyLighting" app to access a wide range of features:

- Adhesive Care: Avoid frequently repositioning the strip, as this can weaken the adhesive. If reinstallation is necessary, ensure the new surface is clean and dry.
