4. Setup
4.1 Power Supply
The feeder supports two power modes: AC adapter and battery power.
- AC Adapter: Connect the provided 5V power adapter to the feeder's power input port and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Battery Backup: For backup power during outages, insert 3 x D-cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located at the bottom of the feeder. Ensure correct polarity.

4.2 Filling the Food Hopper
Only use dry pet food with a kibble size between 2-10 mm (0.07-0.4 inches) in diameter. Larger kibble may cause blockages, and smaller kibble may dispense too quickly.
- Open the lid of the food hopper.
- Pour dry pet food into the hopper. Do not overfill.
- Close the lid securely to maintain food freshness and prevent spills.
4.3 Assembling the Feeding Bowl
Attach the stainless steel feeding bowl to the main unit by sliding it into the designated slot at the base of the feeder until it clicks into place.
5. Operating Instructions
The control panel typically consists of a display screen and several buttons for navigation and setting adjustments.
5.1 Setting the Current Time
- Press the 'SET' button to enter time setting mode.
- Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press 'SET' again to move to minute adjustment, then use 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons.
- Press 'SET' to confirm and exit.
5.2 Programming Meals
You can program up to 4 meals per day.
- Press the 'MEAL' button to select the meal number (M1, M2, M3, M4).
- Press 'SET' to adjust the feeding time for the selected meal. Use 'UP' and 'DOWN' for hours and minutes.
- Press 'SET' to adjust the portion size for the selected meal. Use 'UP' and 'DOWN' to select the number of portions (1-9). Each portion is approximately 10g.
- Repeat for other meals as desired. To disable a meal, set its portion size to 0.
- Press 'SET' to confirm and exit programming mode.

5.3 Voice Recording Function
Record a 10-second message that will play at each scheduled meal time.
- Press and hold the 'REC' button. The display may show a recording indicator.
- Speak your message clearly into the microphone.
- Release the 'REC' button to save the recording.
- Press the 'PLAY' button to listen to your recorded message.
5.4 Manual Feeding
To dispense food instantly outside of scheduled meals:
- Press the 'MANUAL' button (often represented by a paw icon or similar).
- Each press will dispense one portion of food.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and proper operation.
- Stainless Steel Bowl: Remove the bowl and wash it with soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reattaching.
- Food Hopper: Wipe the inside of the food hopper with a damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before refilling with food. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
