Setup

- Placement: Place the power base on a dry, flat, and stable surface away from the edge of the counter.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Fill the Kettle: Open the lid and fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Ensure the water level is between the MIN (0.5L) and MAX (1.5L) marks.
- Place on Base: Place the kettle securely onto its power base.
- Select Temperature: Use the temperature control buttons on the base to select your desired temperature. Preset options are available for various tea types (White, Green, Oolong, Black) and French Press coffee.
- Start Heating: Press the 'Start' button to begin the heating process. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Automatic Shut-Off: The kettle will automatically shut off once the selected temperature is reached.
Using the Tea Infuser
The removable tea infuser allows for direct brewing of loose leaf tea or tea bags within the kettle.
- Add Tea: Place your desired amount of loose leaf tea or tea bags into the stainless steel infuser.
- Insert Infuser: Securely place the infuser into the kettle. Ensure it is properly seated.
- Fill Water: Fill the kettle with water, ensuring it covers the infuser for proper steeping.
- Select Temperature & Brew: Follow the general operating instructions to heat the water to the appropriate temperature for your tea.
- Remove Infuser: Once brewing is complete, carefully remove the infuser using its handle.

Temperature Control and Keep Warm Function

Care and Maintenance

- Hand Wash Only: The kettle and infuser should be hand washed. Do not immerse the power base in water.
- Use Non-Abrasive Tools: Use a soft sponge or cloth with mild detergent. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals that can scratch surfaces.
- Empty and Dry: Always empty the kettle and dry it thoroughly after each use to prevent water spots and mineral buildup.
- Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (scale) may build up, especially in hard water areas. To descale, fill the kettle with a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar. Boil the solution and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Discard the solution and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
