Setup and Installation

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any protective films or stickers.
  2. Placement: Place the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 10-15 cm) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place the oven directly against a wall or under cabinets.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (wire racks, drip pan, rotisserie spit, crumb tray) in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
  4. First Use Burn-in: It is recommended to operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at the maximum temperature (250°C) with the function selector set to both upper and lower heating. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight smoke or odor is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
  5. Power Connection: Ensure the oven is unplugged during setup. Once placed, plug the power cord into a grounded 240V AC electrical outlet.

  2. Insert Accessories: Slide the wire rack or drip pan into the desired rack position inside the oven.
  3. Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired cooking temperature (100°C - 250°C).
  4. Select Function: Turn the Function Selector Knob to choose the appropriate heating mode (e.g., upper heating, lower heating, both, convection, rotisserie).
  5. Set Timer: Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The oven will begin heating. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  6. Cooking Completion: When the set time elapses, the oven will automatically turn off and a bell will sound. To stop cooking before the timer finishes, turn the Timer Knob to the "OFF" position.
  7. Remove Food: Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts.

Specific Cooking Functions:

  • Convection Cooking: To activate the convection fan, select a function that includes the convection symbol (usually indicated by a fan icon). The convection fan circulates hot air, promoting faster and more even cooking, ideal for baking and roasting.
  • Rotisserie Cooking:
    1. Skewer the food (e.g., chicken) onto the rotisserie spit, securing it with the forks.
    2. Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie spit into the drive socket on the right side of the oven interior.
    3. Rest the square end of the spit onto the support bracket on the left side.
    4. Place the drip pan below the food to catch drippings.
    5. Select the rotisserie function on the Function Selector Knob (indicated by a rotating spit icon).
    6. Set temperature and time as required. The halogen bulb provides even heating during rotisserie cooking.
    7. Once cooking is complete, use the rotisserie handle to carefully remove the hot spit from the oven.
  • Halogen Bulb: The internal halogen bulb provides illumination and contributes to even heating, particularly useful during rotisserie cooking.

Care and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your oven.

  1. Always Unplug: Before cleaning, always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Crumb Tray: The crumb tray should be removed and cleaned regularly to prevent the buildup of food particles. Slide it out from the bottom front of the oven, empty, wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.
  3. Interior Cleaning: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaner can be used. The concealed bottom heating element facilitates easier cleaning of the oven floor. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads as they can damage the surfaces.
  4. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  5. Accessories: Wash wire racks, drip pan, and rotisserie spit in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely before storing or re-inserting into the oven.
  6. Storage: When not in use, store the oven in a clean, dry place.
