Maintenance
Cleaning
Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and power base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Interior: The interior can be cleaned with a soft brush or sponge and warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Anti-Scale Filter: The removable anti-scale filter located behind the pour spout helps prevent mineral deposits from entering your cup. To clean, remove the filter and rinse it under running water. If necessary, use a soft brush to remove stubborn deposits. Reinsert the filter securely.

- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Discard the mixture and rinse the kettle thoroughly with fresh water.
- If necessary, repeat the process until all deposits are removed.
