This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Betus Digital Travel Alarm Clock. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper function and longevity.

Control Buttons:
- SET: Enters setting mode for time, date, and alarm. Confirms selections.
- UP/12/24: Adjusts values up; in time mode, changes time format between 12-hour and 24-hour.
- DOWN/°C/°F: Adjusts values down; in time mode, changes temperature unit between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- MODE: Switches between time, alarm, and timer display modes.
- TIMER: Enters countdown timer setting mode and starts/stops the timer.
- Light Button (located below the digital clock): Activates the backlight for 8 seconds when pressed.
Setup
Battery Installation:
The clock requires one CR2032 button cell battery. The battery compartment is located on the back of the unit (refer to Figure 3).
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock.
- Insert one CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Operating Instructions
1. Setting Time Format (12/24 Hour):
- In time mode, press the "UP/12/24" button to change the time format between 12-hour and 24-hour.
2. Setting Time and Date:
- In time mode, press the "SET" button to enter time setting mode.
- The setting sequence is: hours, minutes, years, months, days.
- Press "UP/12/24" and "DOWN/°C/°F" buttons to set your desired time and date.
- Press "SET" to confirm each setting and move to the next.
- Important: Please ensure you set the correct year, otherwise the date/day will display incorrectly. There is no way to change the day directly. Once you have selected the correct year, month, and date, the day will display correctly.
- If you find the day displays incorrectly: In time mode, press the "SET" button three times to reach the year setting. Then press "UP/12/24" to select the correct year. Press "SET" and "UP/12/24" with the same steps to select the correct Month and Date. Once done, hit the "SET" button, and the day will change correctly.
3. Alarm Setting:
- Press the "MODE" button to enter alarm setting mode.
- Then press the "SET" button to set hours, minutes, snooze time, and alarm tone in sequence.
- Use "UP/12/24" and "DOWN/°C/°F" buttons to choose your desired time, snooze time, and alarm tone.
4. Turning Alarm ON/OFF & Snooze:
- In alarm mode, press "DOWN/°C/°F" or "UP/12/24" button to turn on/off the alarm and snooze. An alarm icon will be displayed when the alarm is active.
- When the alarm goes off, it will ring for 1 minute.
- When snooze is set up, snooze will work ONLY twice.
- During the alarm, press any button (except "SET") to activate snooze.
- To turn off the alarm completely, press "SET" during the alarm.

5. Using the Countdown Timer:
- Press the "TIMER" button to enter countdown timer mode.
- Press "SET" to set the desired countdown time (hours, minutes, seconds).
- Use "UP/12/24" or "DOWN/°C/°F" to adjust the values.
- Press "TIMER" again to start the countdown.
- The timer will sound when it reaches zero.

6. Temperature Unit (°C/°F):
- In time mode, press the "DOWN/°C/°F" button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature display.
Maintenance
Cleaning:
Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the surface.
Battery Replacement:
When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it is time to replace the CR2032 battery. Follow the battery installation steps in the "Setup" section.
Troubleshooting
