Photo Types and Quality
The KODAK Dock Plus uses 4PASS Dye Sublimation technology to ensure superior image quality. This process applies colors in layers (Yellow, Magenta, Cyan) and finishes with a protective laminate, making photos fingerprint-proof, water-resistant, and long-lasting.
- Border Photos: These prints include a white border, allowing space for notes or a classic look.
- Borderless Photos: These prints extend to the edge of the paper, maximizing the image area.

- Carefully pull out the empty cartridge.
- Unpack a new KODAK 4PASS Photo Printer cartridge.
- Insert the new cartridge firmly into the slot until it clicks into place.

- Printer Not Connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the printer is powered on. Try restarting both the printer and your device. Verify the 'KODAK Photo Printer' app is up to date.
- Poor Print Quality: Check if the ink cartridge needs replacement. Ensure the photo paper is loaded correctly with the glossy side up. Clean the printer's paper path if there is any visible dust or debris.
- Paper Jams: Gently pull out the paper tray and remove any jammed paper. Ensure you are not overloading the paper tray (max 20 sheets).
- Printer Overheating: If the printer indicates overheating, allow it to cool down for a period before resuming printing. Avoid continuous large print jobs without breaks.
