4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Wiring Diagram

Refer to the diagram below for proper wiring connections. Ensure all cables are securely connected to their corresponding ports on the car stereo and your vehicle's harness. Incorrect wiring can lead to malfunction or damage.

4.2 Initial Setup

  1. After connecting all wires, mount the car stereo securely into your vehicle's dashboard.
  2. Turn on your vehicle's ignition. The car stereo should power on automatically.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial Android system setup, including language selection and time zone.
  4. Connect to a Wi-Fi network for system updates and online services.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 CarPlay and Android Auto

The unit supports integrated wired and wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. Connect your smartphone via USB or wirelessly to access navigation, music, calls, and messages directly on the car stereo screen. Use voice assistants like Siri or Google Assistant for hands-free control.

5.2 MirrorLink

MirrorLink allows you to display your Android or iOS smartphone screen directly onto the car stereo. Connect your phone via USB or Wi-Fi to mirror content such as navigation apps or videos.

5.3 Steering Wheel Control

If your vehicle is equipped with steering wheel controls and you have connected the CANBUS cable, you can configure the car stereo to respond to these controls. This allows for safe adjustment of volume, track changes, and other functions without taking your hands off the wheel.

5.4 FM Radio

Access the FM Radio application to listen to local radio stations. The unit features an integrated AM/FM tuner with RDS support and 18-station presets. Use the on-screen controls or steering wheel controls to tune, scan, and save stations.

5.5 Bluetooth

Pair your smartphone via Bluetooth 5.0 for hands-free calling and wireless music streaming. The unit supports quick contact search, phonebook synchronization, and call logs. It includes a built-in microphone and supports an external microphone for clear communication.

5.6 GPS Navigation

5.7 Reversing Camera

The unit supports universal rear view cameras with an RCA connector. When a compatible camera is connected and the vehicle is in reverse gear, the display will automatically switch to the camera feed, assisting with parking and maneuvering.
