Setup (Installation)

The conversion process typically takes 20-30 minutes. You will utilize the existing headboard and footboard from your Big Oshi Stephanie Convertible Crib.

  1. Prepare the Crib: Disassemble the side rails of your Big Oshi Stephanie Convertible Crib, leaving the headboard and footboard intact.
  2. Attach Bed Rails: Align one wooden bed rail with the pre-drilled holes on the headboard. Secure it using the provided hardware from the hardware pack. Repeat this step for the second wooden bed rail on the footboard side.
  3. Connect Rails to Headboard/Footboard: Attach the other ends of the wooden bed rails to the remaining headboard/footboard. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
  4. Install Slats: Place the four provided slats evenly across the bed rails to support the mattress. Secure them to the bed rails using the appropriate hardware.
  5. Final Check: Verify that all components are securely fastened and the bed frame is stable.

Operating (Usage)

Once assembled, the conversion kit transforms your crib into a full-size bed. Place a standard full-size mattress on the installed slats. For enhanced support, especially for adult use or higher weight capacities, additional slats (sold separately) are recommended. Optional safety bed rail guards for toddlers can also be installed.

Maintenance
