Safety Instructions
Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
- Ensure the power supply matches the voltage specified on the vacuum cleaner.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner in wet conditions unless specifically configured for wet vacuuming.
- Never vacuum flammable or explosive liquids, gases, or dust.
- When vacuuming ash, ensure the ash is completely cold. Use the dedicated heat-resistant ash hose.
- Do not operate the vacuum cleaner with a damaged cord or plug.
- Keep children and pets away from the appliance during operation.
- Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the power outlet before cleaning or performing maintenance.

Setup
1. Attaching the Wheels
Insert the four 360-degree swivel wheels into the designated slots on the base of the vacuum cleaner until they click into place. These wheels provide excellent mobility.
2. Filter Installation
The vacuum cleaner comes with three interchangeable filters for different applications:
- For Dry Vacuuming (with bag): Place a paper filter bag inside the tank. Ensure the cartridge filter is securely installed on the motor head. For fine dust, also use the HEPA filter.
- For Dry Vacuuming (bagless): Ensure the cartridge filter and HEPA filter are securely installed. No paper bag is needed.
- For Wet Vacuuming: Remove any paper filter bags and the cartridge filter. Install the wet foam filter onto the motor head.
- For Ash Vacuuming: Use the heat-resistant ash hose. Ensure the cartridge filter and HEPA filter are in place. Do not use a paper bag for ash.

3. Attaching Hoses and Accessories
Connect the main suction hose to the inlet port on the front of the vacuum cleaner. Attach the telescopic suction tube to the hose, and then connect the desired nozzle (floor nozzle, crevice tool, or upholstery brush) to the end of the tube. For ash vacuuming, use the dedicated heat-resistant ash hose.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Use the waterproof ON/OFF switch located on the motor head to start or stop the vacuum cleaner.
2. Dry Vacuuming
Ensure the correct filters (cartridge filter, HEPA filter, and optionally a paper bag) are installed. Use the appropriate nozzle for the surface you are cleaning. The vacuum cleaner will automatically stop when the tank reaches its maximum capacity during wet vacuuming.
3. Wet Vacuuming
Ensure the wet foam filter is installed and no paper bags or cartridge filters are present. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with an auto-stop function that activates when the liquid in the tank reaches its maximum level. To empty the tank, use the practical water drain plug at the bottom of the tank, or detach the motor head and pour out the contents.
4. Ash Vacuuming
Only vacuum completely cold ash. Use the provided heat-resistant ash hose for this purpose. Ensure the cartridge filter and HEPA filter are installed. Do not use a paper bag for ash.
5. Blow Function
To activate the blow function, simply move the suction hose from the front inlet port to the air outlet port located on the top of the motor head. This function is ideal for clearing leaves or debris from surfaces.

6. Using the Integrated Power Socket
The vacuum cleaner features an integrated power socket on the motor head, allowing you to connect power tools such as drills, grinders, or saws directly to the vacuum. This enables immediate suction of dust and debris generated during work. The socket supports tools with a maximum power consumption of 1000W. Please note that the vacuum cleaner must be manually switched on and off; the socket does not automatically activate with the connected tool.

7. Push&Clean Filter Cleaning System
The integrated "Push&Clean" system allows for quick and efficient cleaning of the HEPA filter. By pressing the "Push&Clean" button, a lever is activated that brushes dust from the filter. This restores full suction power immediately. This feature is particularly useful during prolonged dry vacuuming tasks.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your MASKO® Industrial Vacuum Cleaner.
1. Cleaning the Tank
After each use, especially after wet vacuuming, empty and clean the 30-liter tank. Rinse it with water and allow it to dry completely before storing or using for dry vacuuming.
2. Filter Maintenance
- Cartridge Filter & HEPA Filter: Regularly clean these filters using the "Push&Clean" system. For more thorough cleaning, remove them and gently tap out dust or use a soft brush. Do not wash these filters with water unless specified by the manufacturer. Replace them if they are damaged or heavily clogged.
- Wet Filter: After wet vacuuming, remove the foam filter, rinse it thoroughly with water, and allow it to air dry completely before re-installing or storing.
- Paper Filter Bag: Replace the paper filter bag when it is full or when suction power decreases significantly.
3. Hose and Accessory Cleaning
Inspect the suction hose and all accessories regularly for blockages or damage. Clear any obstructions and clean them with water if necessary. Ensure they are dry before re-attaching.
