1. Safety Information
- Always operate the jack on a flat, stable, and non-slippery surface.
- Ensure the vehicle's parking brake is engaged and the transmission is in 'Park' (automatic) or a low gear (manual).
- Place wheel chocks on the wheels that remain on the ground to prevent accidental movement.
- Never exceed the maximum load capacity of 5 tons (11023 lbs).
- Do not place any part of your body under the vehicle unless it is securely supported by jack stands.
- Keep children and bystanders away from the work area.
- Ensure the power cable and connectors are free from damage and moisture. The unit is waterproof, but caution is advised.
- In case of power failure, use the manual release valve to lower the vehicle slowly.

3. Setup
3.1 Powering the Jack
The E-HEELP Electric Car Jack offers two power supply options:
- Car Cigarette Lighter: Connect the power cable with the cigarette lighter plug directly into your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket. Ensure the vehicle's ignition is on if required for power delivery.
- Direct Battery Connection: For situations where the cigarette lighter is unavailable or preferred, use the provided battery clamp connector. Attach the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal. Then, connect the power cable to the jack.

Image: Illustration showing the two power supply methods: connecting to the car's cigarette lighter socket or directly to the car battery terminals using the provided clamps.
3.2 Preparing the Jack for Use
- Ensure the vehicle is on a firm, level surface.
- Locate the vehicle's designated jacking points (refer to your vehicle's owner's manual).
- Position the electric jack directly under the jacking point.
- Manually rotate the jack's plunger to extend it until it makes contact with the vehicle's jacking point. This minimizes the electric lifting time.

Image: The electric jack is shown in its retracted state (6.1 inches) and extended state (17.7 inches), with an arrow indicating the manual rotation of the plunger for initial height adjustment.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Lifting the Vehicle
- With the jack positioned and powered, press the 'U' (Up) button on the control panel to begin lifting the vehicle.
- Monitor the lifting process to ensure stability and proper alignment.
- The jack will automatically stop when it reaches its maximum height or if the load exceeds its capacity, thanks to the overload protection system.
- Once the desired height is reached (tire is clear of the ground), release the 'U' button.

4.2 Using the Electric Impact Wrench
The electric impact wrench simplifies the removal and tightening of lug nuts.
- Select the appropriate socket size (17/19mm or 21/23mm) for your vehicle's lug nuts and attach it to the impact wrench.
- Connect the impact wrench to the power source (cigarette lighter or battery clamps).
- To loosen, set the wrench to 'L' (Loosen) and apply it to each lug nut.
- To tighten, set the wrench to 'T' (Tighten) and apply it to each lug nut. Tighten in a star pattern for even pressure.
4.3 Using the Tire Inflator
The built-in tire inflator allows you to inflate tires or other inflatable items.
- Open the compartment on the side of the jack to access the air hose and nozzles.
- Attach the appropriate nozzle to the air hose and connect it to the tire valve.
- Turn on the inflator using the designated switch. The pressure gauge will display the current tire pressure.
- Inflate to the recommended pressure (refer to your vehicle's manual).
- Turn off the inflator once the desired pressure is reached.

4.4 Lowering the Vehicle
- After completing tire changes or maintenance, ensure all tools are clear of the vehicle.
- Press the 'D' (Down) button on the control panel to slowly lower the vehicle.
- Once the vehicle is fully lowered and the jack is retracted, remove the jack.
