4. Operating Instructions
Once the steam cleaner is ready, you can begin your cleaning tasks. Always test the steam on an inconspicuous area first, especially on delicate surfaces.
- Activate Steam: Press and hold the steam trigger to release steam. Release the trigger to stop the steam flow.
- Direct Steam: Direct the steam nozzle or attached accessory towards the surface you wish to clean. Move the nozzle slowly over the area to allow the steam to penetrate and loosen dirt.
- Wipe Clean: For best results, wipe the steamed surface immediately with a clean cloth to remove loosened dirt and moisture.
Application Examples:
- Kitchen Surfaces: Use the brush attachment for grease and grime on stovetops, sinks, and countertops.
- Bathroom Fixtures: Clean tiles, grout, showers, and toilets with the bent nozzle or brush.
- Windows and Mirrors: Attach the window spray cup for streak-free cleaning.
- Floors and Carpets: Use the brush plate with a towel cover for refreshing carpets or cleaning hard floors.
- Upholstery and Curtains: Use the towel cover attachment to refresh fabrics and remove odors.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your steam cleaner.
- Empty Water Tank: After each use, unplug the unit and allow it to cool down completely. Once cool, carefully unscrew the safety cap and empty any remaining water from the tank.
- Clean Accessories: Wash all accessories with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Allow them to air dry completely before storing.
- Wipe Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the steam cleaner with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Descaling (if necessary): If you notice reduced steam output or mineral buildup, descaling may be required. Consult the manufacturer's website or customer support for specific descaling instructions.
- Storage: Store the steam cleaner and its accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
6. Troubleshooting
Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:
- Q: I opened the box and found water inside the tank. Did I receive a used product?
A: No. Each product is strictly tested and inspected before leaving the factory to ensure it is in perfect working condition. It is normal to find residual water from quality control testing. All products are new and unused. - Q: Why can't I open the cap after use?
A: The temperature of the residual steam inside the tank is still too high. To open the cap safely:
1. Unplug the unit.
2. Completely discharge any residual steam by pressing the steam trigger until no more steam comes out.
3. Wait for the unit to cool down. The red indicator (if present) should recede, indicating the pressure has normalized.
4. Once cool and depressurized, you can safely open the cap. - Q: What steam cleaning accessories do I need to buy?
A: Your steam cleaner is equipped with a variety of accessories suitable for all types of household tasks. You should not need to purchase additional accessories. - Q: How long does the steam machine take to cool down? Do I have to keep pressing the button for the steam to come out?
A: The product takes approximately ten minutes to cool down. You must continue pressing the button to release steam during operation. - Q: Do I need to add disinfectant to the handheld steam cleaner?
A: No. Steam itself can kill harmful bacteria, representing approximately 99.9% effectiveness, so it is not necessary to add disinfectant. Additionally, certain disinfectants emit toxic fumes when heated. For porous surfaces, clean twice with steam (at the appropriate temperature) to disinfect thoroughly.
