  • Message Indicator: Indicates new SMS messages received on the SIM card.
  • Battery Indicator: Shows the current battery level. May change color or blink to indicate low battery or charging status.

Maintenance

  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures. Charge the battery fully before first use and when the battery is low.
  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Software Updates: Periodically check the web interface for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) and store it in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

  • No Signal/No Internet:
    • Ensure your SIM card is active and has a data plan.
    • Check the signal indicator. If no signal, move to an area with better network coverage.
    • Verify APN settings in the web interface. These are usually configured automatically but may need manual adjustment for some carriers.
    • Restart the router.
  • Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi:
    • Ensure the Wi-Fi indicator is lit.
    • Double-check the Wi-Fi SSID and password.
    • Restart both the router and your connecting device.
    • Ensure you are within the Wi-Fi range of the router.
  • Slow Internet Speed:
    • Check signal strength. A weak signal will result in slower speeds.
    • Reduce the number of connected devices.
    • Ensure your data plan has sufficient speed and remaining data.
    • Move away from potential interference sources (e.g., microwaves, cordless phones).
  • Device Not Powering On:
    • Ensure the battery is correctly inserted and charged.
    • Connect the device to a charger to see if it powers on.
    • Try a different USB cable and charger.
