4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the light strings from their packaging. Untangle any twisted wires.
- Inspect: Before plugging in, visually inspect each light string for any signs of damage to the bulbs, wires, or plug. Do not use if any damage is found.
- Placement: Determine your desired display area. These lights are suitable for outdoor use. Ensure the placement allows for the cord to reach a power outlet without being stretched or creating a tripping hazard.

5. Operating Instructions

There is no separate on/off switch on the light string itself; operation is controlled by plugging and unplugging the unit, or by using a compatible remote-controlled outlet (if desired and purchased separately).

6. Maintenance
6.1 Bulb Replacement
These light strings feature a design where if one bulb burns out, the others remain lit. To replace a burned-out bulb:
- Unplug the light string from the power outlet.
- Carefully pull the burned-out bulb straight out from its socket.
- Insert a new spare bulb (provided with the original package) into the empty socket, ensuring it is fully seated.
- Plug the light string back in to test.

6.2 Storage
When not in use, store the light strings in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Coil the strings neatly to prevent tangling and damage to the wires or bulbs.
